Representatives of Hyundai Motor announced that they will sell in the coming years to vehicles drive themselves without driver.

In 2020, the South Korean company Hyundai Motor plans to sell vehicles that drive themselves. Carmakers make this move to catch up on other producers in a market where technology is becoming increasingly competitive.

Representatives Mercedes and General Motors, and technology giants Google and Apple already developing vehicles that can travel through the whole without requiring interaction with the driver.

Some analysts, however, expect that the first cars that drive themselves to appear on the market, globally, only in the early or mid 2020s, due to obstacles that may arise in their regulation.

Hyundai Motor, like other automakers, have already inserted some features autonomous vehicles in the premium range. The Genesis benefit, for example, automatic emergency braking.
