How does the narrowest house in the world: frontage measure 1.2 meters. GALLERY

The world's narrowest house was put up for sale. The owner wants at least £ 85,000 for home whose facade has a width of 1.2 meters.

The house is located in the town of Millport, Cumbrae Island (Scotland). Despite the fact that the front is very narrow, the owner, Peter McBride, said to be very large, especially since as you go, all rooms are wider.

McBride bought the house in 2001, with his wife, Judy, who died five years ago.

"When they heard about it on the radio, my wife and I came to see it and I bought it on the spot," he told the man.

The house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with space for dining.

"The sea is less than 30 meters away, therefore you will experience breathtaking views," says McBride.
