What is the difference between cannabis and marijuana?



Cannabis or Indian hemp (Cannabis sativa form indica) is a common variety of hemp ropes and bags that are made. On the other hand, marijuana is the name given to a mixture of flowers, leaves and young stems of Indian hemp. The term "Marijuana" comes from the slang Spanish spoken in Mexico, and from there it spread to other countries belonging to Hispanic cultural space, after which this name has spread worldwide. Marijuana, which means Maria and Juana, two female names very popular throughout Latin America, is sometimes mentioned or mariguana marijuana. Marijuana is sold today as a legal drug in an increasing number of countries, with the legalization of its consumption. Where its consumption is legal, marijuana is sold as a dried plant, resin, dust and oil.

Hashish on the other hand is a paste made of resinous secretions of the female flowers of the Indian hemp. The resin that contains a higher quantity of compounds with hallucinogenic effect, so that hashish is a stronger drug than marijuana and cannabis.
