Sources from China say the next version of the Nexus phone from Google will be produced by Huawei and will base a prototype Mate 8. Earlier information suggested that the next Nexus smartphone will have a 5.7-inch diagonal screen that will provide 2K resolution, like the Huawei Mate 8.
Prototype phone from Huawei, Mate 8 will use the processor's own company, Kirin 930. The next Nexus will be equipped with a processor from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 810, despite not too good opinions about it. The new source indicates that Nexus could use Kirin processor 950 from Huawei, this could be an upgraded version of Kirin 930.
More details about hardware specifications are not yet clear. If the future is based on Mate Nexus 8, it could give the impression of a high quality smartphone, might even have a metal frame and lots of glass.
By official information, everything remains at the level of rumor.
