Many have heard that if we do we cracked joints arthritis, but is it true? A California doctor named Donal Unger, decided to make a unique experiment.

He dedicated 60 years of his life research. During that period, he has creaked knuckles of one hand to compare any effects after the general state of the other hand.

His efforts have shown that risk if you do crackles arthritis joints a lifetime. American doctor was awarded for this discovery in 2009 Ig Nobel Prize, an award given to the most crazy and weird scientific achievements.

But what actually happens when you crackles wrists? It is all synovial fluid, a body fluid that lubricates joints and attenuates shock.
When you stretch the joints, the fluid is released gas bubbles forming. When joints put it back, those bubbles burst and make the noise you hear when you crackles, eg fingers.
Can you just crackles wrists again after about 20 minutes when gas that accumulates in synovial fluid again.
