Surprisingly! The only black flamingo in the world was filmed in Cyprus."See something very, very rare"

Incredible images were captured this week in Cyprus. In this appears extremely rare flamingo bird with plumage black, not pink, feeding along with other birds of the same species.
Only once been seen a black flamingo in nature in Israel last year. Researchers believe it may be just about the same bird, so that is the only black flamingo in the world.
The flamingos were white and gray feathers when chicken. They get shade of pink so well known until they reach the age of two, the color of the plumage due to the high content of carotenoids of algae and crustaceans belonging to the bird feed.

Experts believe that this black bird suffers from a genetic problem that causes it to produce excess melanin. The pigment thus comes to color them black feathers.
"See something very, very rare. Basically, it is the opposite of an albino, the individual producing more melanin than normal," said a specialist in the field.
